QA Higher Education works in partnership with Solent University to deliver a range of programmes for foundation to undergraduate level.
The Pre-Sessional, International Foundation Programme and International Year One pathway programmes are designed to help International students improve their academic and English language skills before undertaking undergraduate or postgraduate degree studies with Solent University.
Launched in 2019, we also work with Solent University to deliver a range of undergraduate degrees at central locations in London, Birmingham and Manchester. These programmes include evening and weekend teaching options too, enabling students to study alongside existing commitments.
The programmes are validated by Solent University and taught by QA Higher Education staff.

Address: Solent University, East Park Terrace, Southampton SO14 0YN
Situated right in the centre of the busy city of Southampton, Solent University’s main campus is ideally located for students.
This vibrant and modern city has a rich maritime heritage and offers all the charm and excitement of a bustling waterfront city with much for students to explore. Of course, being in the city centre means that many amenities are just a few minutes’ walk from the lecture room, but as well as exploring Southampton and the south coast, students can take some time to discover what’s available on campus, from the student-run cinema and fitness facilities, to the campus cafes and Students’ Union.
These International Foundation Programmes are specifically designed to help students develop the academic and language skills required for successful progression on to their chosen undergraduate degree with the university. Students study a mix of language, and subject specific modules as they are introduced to life at a UK university, and learn in fully embedded campus facilities.
